Subscription only Prices exclude GST

Simple plans.
Everything included.

A refundable deposit, one flat weekly fee, and a platform fee that drops as you get busier. Hardware, installation, maintenance, updates, your website and apps — all in.

All prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Pick the tier that matches your daily order volume — you can talk to us any time if you're between two.

Compare tiers

Side by side

Every tier runs on the same subscription basis — AuxAussie always keeps the hardware. The only difference is how much you pay upfront versus per order.

Volume-based platform fee

The busier you are, the lower your rate

Published, fixed breakpoints — not a negotiation. Each tier is built for a daily order band.

Platform fee per order

AuxAussie's share of each customer order.

Fees exclude GST. Stripe's own card processing (currently about 1.65% + $0.30 per transaction) applies on top and comes out of the merchant's share, as it would with any provider.

No card surcharge — nothing added to your customer's bill

The fee is built into your menu prices, so no surcharge line appears on the receipt, in line with the RBA's no-surcharge rule from 1 October 2026.

Getting started

What you pay to sign up

Just the refundable deposit, plus GST. We book your installation once it has cleared.

Sign up in four steps

  1. Choose your tier — and your Aux Titan size, where the tier offers one.
  2. Enter your business details: legal name, ABN, venue address and a contact.
  3. Pay the refundable deposit plus GST, by card or BECS Direct Debit.
  4. We confirm your installation date and your weekly subscription details.

Card

Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Clears straight away.

BECS Direct Debit

Straight from your Australian business account. Takes a few business days to clear.

Deposit due at signup

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The deposit is refunded when the hardware is returned, as set out in your agreement.

End of term

When your term is up, you choose

There's no buyout to calculate and nothing left over to dispose of — the hardware always belongs to AuxAussie.

Keep going

Sign a new agreement

Happy with the system? Sign a new agreement and carry on — your venue keeps running without interruption.

Finish up

We collect the hardware

The subscription ends, AuxAussie de-installs and collects the hardware, and your deposit is refunded on its return.

This is a plain-language summary, not a contract. Final terms — notice periods, return condition standards and de-installation logistics — are set out in the signed agreement. Ownership of every unit is registered on the PPSR.
Questions

Plans FAQ

Do I ever own the hardware?

No. AuxAussie retains ownership under every plan and registers it on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). Devices are never sold or transferred — which is also why repairs and replacements are on us.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The deposit is refunded when the hardware is returned at the end of your subscription, subject to the return conditions in your signed agreement.

Do the prices include GST?

No — every price on this site excludes GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

Which tier should I pick?

Go by your daily order volume: Starter for under 30 orders a day, Growth for 30–99, and Enterprise for 100 or more. Each tier comes with the hardware setup that suits that level of trade.

How do I pay the deposit?

By card, or by BECS Direct Debit from your Australian business bank account. Card payments clear immediately; direct debits take a few business days, and we book installation once the deposit has cleared.

What's included in the weekly fee?

The hardware for your tier, installation, maintenance, repairs, software updates, the store dashboard, your ordering website, customer and store apps for Android and iOS, and the driver app.

Do my customers pay a surcharge?

No. The platform fee is built into your menu prices, so nothing is added to your customer's bill.

Who pays Stripe's card fees?

Stripe's standard processing cost (currently about 1.65% + $0.30 per transaction) comes out of the merchant's share of each payment, exactly as it would with any payment provider.

I run more than one venue. How does that work?

Each venue has its own subscription, so every location gets the setup that matches its own trade.

What happens at the end of my term?

The subscription ends and we collect the hardware — or, if you want to keep going, you sign a new agreement.
